A stadium of goodwill

It was a long day. Or rather, a long week. Clearing customs was a challenge, as it always is, but we managed to get the materials through in tact. After that, it was just a question of getting the uniforms into the hands of the kids. We had several meetings with coaches and league managers and finally decided on a day and location. We picked a stadium at Yoff- the same place I saw so many games in my youth. We invited a long list of dignitaries to come and hand out uniforms to the teams. And of course, we…
